I am constantly on the look-out for new, well-made footwear. It's a competitive market in Secondlife and there are many talented creators. My most recent find is a pair of platformed gothic boots, created by Paul Lapointe of Lapointe & Bastchild Designs. These boots were fond nostalgia for me, recalling back in the day, gothed up and stomping the club floor. I love the level of detail involved and the quality of the textures. The buckles are very well done and the little fleur-de-lis detail on the back as well. Of course, I love anything with skulls on them so I had to have this version of the boot with the skully plates on the toe and heel. This is a very high quality product and I recommend them to anyone looking for a pair of heavy kickers to add to their wardrobe. Item can be purchased here.
